Terms & Conditions:

1. Reservations are not required but are suggested during peak weekends.  Reservations require prepayment. 
2. Check In time is 2:00 pm and Check Out time is 11:00 am
3. No smoking allowed in the rooms, restaurant/bar or store.
4. No pets
5. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items
6. Guests are responsible for any damages to rooms
7. Free parking is available near the rooms and across the street
8. Lost key fee is $5.00
9. No elevator is available for second floor rooms.
10. Valid credit card and photo ID required upon check in.
11. Cancellation Policy:  There is a $5.00 fee per transaction for any motel booking cancellation.  If you book five rooms and pay with one credit card, it is $5.00 to cancel all the rooms.  You must cancel your reservation within 48 hours of arrival date in order to receive a refund less the $5.00 fee.  All rooms cancelled less than 48 hours of arrival and no shows will not receive a refund.
